Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To initiate a return, please email us at info@voltstocksupply.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer.
• Items returned after the 30-day window.
