Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@voltstocksupply.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@voltstocksupply.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on items that have been used, installed, or modified. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@voltstocksupply.com.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
