Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept product returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be entirely unused, in their original manufactured condition, and unaltered in their original packaging blocks.

How to Request a Return & Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at info@voltstocksupply.com with your official order number and the clear reason for your return. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with detailed warehouse return instructions.

Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (such as change of mind or ordering the incorrect specification), the customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs and arranging carrier dispatch. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.
Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for return packages, as VoltStock Supply LLC cannot guarantee that we will physically receive your returned item from the carrier network.

Refunds

Once your returned components are physically received and inspected at our domestic facility, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be automatically processed and credited directly back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives physically damaged or defective from courier transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@voltstocksupply.com with clear digital photos of the packaging and product. Once verified, we will immediately arrange an expedited replacement shipment or a full refund at zero additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of physical use, items damaged due to customer installation errors, custom bulk institutional orders, or items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date are strictly ineligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

Standard retail orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order is automatically pushed into our domestic warehouse processing cycle and can no longer be halted or cancelled. At that stage, the customer must receive the item and initiate a standard return.
