Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

All VoltStock Supply LLC products are dispatched directly from our partner warehouse facilities located inside the United States. Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to fully populate and reflect active courier transit scans after physical dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

For shipments traveling outside the United States (such as to Canada or Mexico), packages may be subject to local customs fees, import tariffs, or usage taxes imposed by the destination country. These cross-border charges are determined at the border and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within our stated operational timeframes, please contact our support desk immediately at info@voltstocksupply.com so we can investigate the domestic transit line with the courier right away.
